Single use only?: Drill

I bought this a while ago and used it once two years ago. It worked fine on the first try, but I couldn't fold it back into a container. I think something inside has shifted. So basically I had to manually paste it back in. Today I tried to use it again. It was all twisted and rusty when I pulled it out of the blue case with my hands. Please fix the mechanism. I assumed you could use the handle to roll and flip it, but I was clearly wrong. I assume this is a one time thing?

Pros
  • Electric drill parts and accessories
Cons
  • Disappear

It worked! I saved my family money by avoiding the plumber.

This $15 tool saved my family a lot of money the problem was a clogged tub with long hairs deep in the drainpipe. A YouTube video later I was ready to go and start using it. After loosening a few screws and removing the metal plug, I was ready to lower the auger into the sewer. It went down probably 8 feet and then I met resistance, I tightened the tool and forced it while rotating. The blockage was then cleared after I pulled the metal cable back.

Pros
  • Drill Bit
Cons
  • Quick Guide

Be careful how you use it - I bent mine very quickly

I've never used them so to be honest I'm not sure if my problems are due to having a Am a newbie (probably) or due to something wrong with the product. I tried using it in a bathtub drain after watching a youtube video. The video showed that getting through the trap was very easy and I just gave it a try. However, I think I twisted it too quickly and bent the snake. I finally got it through the trap but I think the kink kept it from being pushed through the line and twisted so I gave up and…

Pros
  • Auger Bit
Cons
  • Very expensive
