🪒 Trac II Compatible Razor Review

Good price for many poor quality blades. They are compatible with the Trac II handle but not comparable to the Trac II blade in durability. I used one to shave my legs (very fine hair) and my second shave left my legs covered in scratches that hadn't been there in decades.

I bought this for my husband (second time actually) and asked if the second blade held up better. He said no!" It's sad that he can still get Trac II blades, but all the razors that are sold that are supposed to work with those blades don't hold them like they should. They're too loose and slip off Where can I buy a razor that works, that is the question.

I received a Trac II razor that I have not used for a long time. It broke because it was made in a country that mainly produces cheap fakes. I bought a large box of razor blades and needed a way to use them. I found this razor and have had a great shave ever since. This razor is identical to the very first Trac II razor I received in 1973. It is well balanced and well made. I have shaved every day for the last 50 years and this razor gives a close and smooth shave. If he can do it for that old…

Pros: Number of Gillette Track II Plus Latch Blades I stock will fit this razor handle. I was skeptical at first but found that the snapping blades slide into the side of the handle head when carefully aligned first. Cons: The razor head does NOT rotate like the handle on my ORIGINAL Track II razor. However, the slim handle design of this razor shouldn't pose a problem when shaving. At this point it's still too early to talk about durability, value and looks.
