Waverly Paddock Contemporary Farmhouse 6-Piece Comforter Set, King Size, Porcelain Review

My fiance and I are in love with this duvet! We just bought black sheets for it and it looks really good with that comforter. It's super soft, plush and warm for the winter months! We have a very deep mattress and it easily covers all the edges and we never tear the comforters apart because they are enough for both of us and our two dogs. Highly recommended!

Very soft and light, I really liked it. Until I washed it over the weekend. The care label says machine wash and tumble dry low, but I followed these instructions to the letter and when I pulled them out of the dryer the cotton was hard in places and felt like a dried sponge. The fabric has also faded in some places (but not all) so it now looks stained. Unfortunately, my "return window" has expired, so I'm stuck with a hard, crusty blanket that looks awful.

I bought this set two and a half years ago for about $50. Our three dogs nested it every day, washed it several times, and it still looks almost new apart from a little fading from my dislike of blinds and our bright oriental exposure. This duvet set features a very pretty paisley print that is sharp and detailed. Light blue, ivory and dark blue colors. For some reason Revain recommended black sheets to me as a "frequent purchase with this product" but there is no black color in the duvet set color scheme - the dark color is navy blue. Personally, I wouldn't combine the set with black sheets. The set includes two small throw pillows, a duvet cover, a plain navy blue skirt and two pillowcases. The covers are quite eye-catching
