A very advanced and effective tool for Supply Chain Management

The best thing about this platform is that it provides real-time data, which helps to make decisions in an accurate manner without any delay or confusion of information at all times! It also has many other features like integration with ERP systems etc., but I don’t think these are worth mentioning since they can be found within our own system as well so no need to worry there too much!! As far i know nothing specific comes up when using transit metrics compared to my current product; however…

Pros
  • Easy navigation
  • Ease for end users (frontend)
  • Highly secure user friendly interface.
  • Low cost solutions available through trial version before purchasing full license
Cons
  • There are nuances

In general, it's very good. For example, when I got started, I had around 100 customers in my database (each representing a specific truck type). I sent them a survey and asked about their preferences, i.e. which truck type did they prefer, diesel vs. CNG etc. They responded and it took less than two weeks to send out the survey and get back responses. Then I analysed those responses, including data about truck size, average load weight etc. And I was able to predict which trucks would respond

Pros
  • I've been able to build quite a lot of surveys, since we're using this tool.
  • Since we're using SurveyMonkey, we don't have to spend money on design work - everything looks professional.
  • It's a nice platform, that is easy to use.
Cons
  • We've tried to fix these by giving people a 'grace period' where they can complete surveys before being disqualified from our system
