Expected the second USB slot to work as efficiently as the first, can't charge two devices at the same time. However, everything is fine and as shown.

It worked great in every country we visited. It arrived as advertised. We continue to use it in the States and it continues to work great. I highly recommend this product.

I bought this adapter for a trip to Italy. It could charge three of my devices (laptop, tablet, phone) at the same time. Please note that this device is an adapter, NOT a converter; Therefore, it CANNOT be used for NON-DUAL POWER devices. Our electronics are dual (this can be checked on the adapters or on the laptop box) but hair dryers, irons and hangers are NOT dual (unless you bought dual units) and require a converter which is a different unit .
