These headphones have excellent headphone sound quality

These headphones have excellent headphone sound quality. They fit well, and the extra ear tips and different sized ear tips included in the kit fit a variety of ear sizes. With the right mounts, the earbuds stayed comfortably in place. The range of these headphones was also excellent. I was able to listen to music on the second floor while my phone was on the first floor without losing bluetooth signal. The option to accept calls via the built-in microphone is also practical. Set it up right and you will be happy!

The sound is really good when properly tuned. When I first got them and started listening to them they sounded very tinny and I was ready to return them. However, I replaced the ear tips and adjusted them to fit deeper in my ear canals and used the equalizer on my phone as I also have wireless headphones and they need different settings. I got the fit and EQ right and they are very good. They pair very easily with my phone or laptop. What I don't like is that the cord that connects the tie to…

Unreliable headphones but good customer service

These are the most unreliable headphones I've ever owned! If I sweat a little on them, they won't work the next time I need them - they just won't turn on (even when fully charged). Tried wiping, air drying, nothing helps. At some point they randomly start working and then fail again. I cannot recommend these headphones. Updated: According to my review, the seller has reached out and offered to replace the headphones. I'm trying out the new earbuds and they've survived 3 sweaty workouts so far.

UPDATE - Fantastic customer service! (Before - not as durable or sweat proof as they claim)

UPDATE - After I submitted my previous review, Treblab customer support emailed me multiple times with suggestions for replacing my headphones and apologized for my experience. I wouldn't normally change my review, but I just received a HANDWRITTEN email from the FOUNDER apologizing for a malfunction in my headphones and offering to replace them.
