UPDATE - After I submitted my previous review, Treblab customer support emailed me multiple times with suggestions for replacing my headphones and apologized for my experience. I wouldn't normally change my review, but I just received a HANDWRITTEN email from the FOUNDER apologizing for a malfunction in my headphones and offering to replace them. I'll reply to him once I figure out how to send a real physical email because I'm not sure I've ever done that in my life. Should I really write a physical letter, go to the post office and buy a stamp and then mail it to him? Who does it? In any case, because of their dedicated customer service, I've decided to upgrade my rating to 5 STARS for effort. The headphones have worked flawlessly for most of the time I've had them, and I'm convinced I've just encountered a rare and annoying malfunction. I think good, dedicated customer service is the hallmark of an ethical company that cares about the customer experience, which is what persuaded me to update my Revain review. PREVIOUS - These headphones lasted about 5 months. The rubber cover had peeled off, revealing a sweat-covered computer chip. Now they are useless.
