Poor quality suits me

I'm buying this for my teenage school uniform. As you can see from the photos, that back trash alley is a mess! The sewn-on shorts are also sewn inside out. When the skirt is lifted you should be able to see the finished seams. Attention buyers.

waist doesn't stretch far

My waist is about 24 inches. I ordered a true size but the waist didn't stretch enough to fit my hips. It's such a struggle to put it on that I won't try to put it back on
