This carpet is very soft and looks really great! Had to give 3 stars for several reasons. 1. It's worn almost to the thread in two different places on each side. 2. Yellowing can result from improper storage. 3. It actually has a small hole, but it's quite small since the hair is on it, but it still shouldn't be. I still love it but I'm a little dissatisfied with all the great reviews.

Very disappointed that it has too many 'yellow' stains. It looks dirty and old to me. I've seen the color in other reviews and it just doesn't look good. I understand colors may vary but unfortunately this one for me is being returned. I want one that looks a little cleaner and without the yellow. Plus side, nice softness, good thickness, nicely lined and no odor. Hope the next order will be better. I will try again! 🤞Judy-KY

WOW! I was pleasantly surprised by the beauty and softness of this rug! Much higher quality than I expected. I just can't say enough about it! I unrolled it and looked at it for a long time. I can even say that it is breathtaking. I don't know how they manage to sell these beautiful rugs for such a price but I have no doubts that I will buy them again. Trust the reviews! I am designing my mid-century office and wanted a quality period rug to go with my equally quality Eames chair. After some Googling I settled on Luxury Cowhides for value for money and got almost 100% positive reviews. I am incredibly happy with this cowhide, it is beautifully cut, incredibly soft to the touch and was delivered within 3 days of my order. I rarely write reviews, but this one blew me away. Bessie has become a wonderful decoration in my living room! This rug was the largest size offered. The color is as in the photo - a beautiful tricolor of white-black-brown. The smell was pretty unpleasant at first - it must have been tanning chemicals or something - but it dissipated within 24 hours. To remove the biggest creases due to the way it was folded I used a hand held steamer. The remaining wrinkles are slowly smoothed out. My girlfriend's 18 month old baby came with her the other day…
