I use these inserts all the time, in my wallet and also in my pocket for a few extra cards. They typically last about a year before they wear out and need to be replaced. It used to be difficult to find a replacement, but getting one from Revain is easy. Various products are available. This particular one was reasonably priced and seems solid enough. It's a little firmer than my previous one, meaning it's a little harder to slide in and out of the cards, but not enough to stop the show.

This credit card insert works really well. It fits in my triple wallet (a wallet that folds into three pieces). My wallet has a plastic tab that fits into the slot and holds the windows on the wallet. The insert has 6 front loading windows, which is convenient. Each window contains a maximum of 4 credit cards. But 4 is really too narrow to easily insert and remove cards. The windows are very narrow - I had to cut some paper membership cards to fit. So it's not perfect, but it's possible.

Hard to find. Wallets last longer than their window inserts, and then it's not easy to find replacement windows. The quality of these windows was close to the quality of the originals. The "book" had six windows instead of the typical smaller packaging of just four windows. The "holder wing" insert was large enough to be functional and to securely hold the window insert in the purse. I'm so glad I ordered this product. My insert was 9 pages, not 6 or 5 or 4 like some say, so I think I'm blessed of God. It fits in my wallet a lot better than my old one and my cards fit a bit tighter than my old liner. Instead of using my fingers to grab the card and remove it (which puts stress on the insert), I press on the top of the card, which slides the card out of my pocket. I think when you bought the wallet you got one of these, now you don't, so here we are looking for one. I usually buy a few of these because I'm lucky enough to be able to use one of them for six months before having to replace it. It's not the tray it's me because I overload the slots and pull the card out or whatever and that's what happens, it wears out. They're great and inexpensive.
