Bought 2 to try and liked them so much I bought 2 more. Trimming is very easy with a kitchen knife. Measure and cut both ends, it's very easy to do. I was ultimately not satisfied with this particular order, having received a correct size replacement through my own fault. These shades have been great for about a year. But gradually the glue failed. So I glued them on. Then the plastic became brittle and started to crack. So I fixed the plastic. Then the mechanisms failed. And now I have these junk things hanging out of my windows like scraps of slime. They are large (crop!). You can hang them with nails and tape.
