💻 USB C U329 000 TRIPP Adapter Converter Review

This is EXACTLY what I need to be able to use my new iPad and iPhone with the new USB-C port and my laptop with the old USB port.

In the months since the introduction of WFH I have consistently used this device to connect my Logitech StreamCam to the USB hub on my Dell U2713HM display to adjust. The entire installation was reliable, as was this product.

This is a Tripp Lite so obviously it's well built and works well. But it doesn't work to power Apple MagSafe chargers. The description says it can handle 0.9A, but I wish it stated that it doesn't power MagSafe or a fast-charging power adapter. However, it does charge the iPhone using a regular USB power source. If this thing could run on a fast charge power source I would give it 5 (or even 6) stars.

Context: Contrary to many "professional" reviewers, I really like the USB Pixel 3 headphones (they sound great and are the first of many headphones I have that don't really bother my ears hurt).
