Ordered for work and was very happy that he would come. The cord is ridiculously short, so you'll trip if you step away from the phone at all. I would return it, but it's so cheap it's not worth the extra shipping cost.

My team is not only the call center for our business, but also the central control room for our departments. It's a great alternative for holding your phone on your shoulder while typing on your computer. Very comfortable to wear and the sound quality is very good!

It just doesn't work. When I tried to call I could hear the other person but they couldn't hear me. Incredibly bad quality. Likewise. NO HEADPHONE JACK. It only has one connector for the receiver, so they expect you to just unplug the receiver? A complete waste of money. Save your money and don't buy this item.

I didn't know which headset to get as I've never used one. I needed one for my work from home work and went for this one. It hasn't let me down yet. Callers hear me well, which bothered me. It connects directly to my landline and works great. This is such a great headset at a great price. Would definitely buy again. Great offer!

Bought this headset for work. When I first set it up I added an adapter and made some test calls. All the people I called said they couldn't hear me well, I sound muffled. So I removed the adapter and just plugged the headset into the phone. Made my test calls again, everyone understood me well, everything was perfect. Since then there have been no problems with it. It's a bit big for my head and I have a big head lol but that's about it. 👍🏾
