Without an adapter, this headset is great!
Bought this headset for work. When I first set it up I added an adapter and made some test calls. All the people I called said they couldn't hear me well, I sound muffled. So I removed the adapter and just plugged the headset into the phone. Made my test calls again, everyone understood me well, everything was perfect. Since then there have been no problems with it. It's a bit big for my head and I have a big head lol but that's about it. ππΎ
