Need better packaging

Nice and useful product for our granddaughter. However, it was poorly packaged and the metal hinges rubbed heavily on the wood in a few spots. So that I didn't want to mess around with returning a large package in time, I sanded and recoated the affected areas. It was disappointing. The tower works perfectly and she loves it.

  • Furniture
Cons
  • Infinitely slow

We use Tot Tower all the time!

We love our toddler tower and use it all the time! We got it when my little one was about 18 months old and she is now 2 years old. She's just starting to get into it herself, which is helpful but also means I have to keep an eye on her. Because she helps me so much in the kitchen, she would rather be in a real kitchen than playing with her toy set that I love so much!

  • Kids
Cons
  • Vulgarity

The folding feature is invaluable

This is a learning tower. The ability to fold it is priceless. We use it SO MUCH with our 18 months. Update: Still used several times a day in 2 years! Update 2: Still going strong at 2.5 years old. Anyone who says it's not stable enough should go to the base and/or remove the tower if they can't control their child during use. As is very clear in the instructions. Update 3: Still in use at 3.25. We're on the second level below.

Pros
  • Storage and organization
Cons
  • Something different

The parts are coming off and you can see the pins

I really want to love this learning tower but unfortunately we received a broken version. As you can see from the photos many areas diverge and my son (19 months and 25 pounds) has been using this tower for just over a month. We often have to push the pieces together to close the gaps, but they pop up every day where you can see the pins holding the pieces together. There is also a tear on the top near one of the stitching. I like the idea of the tower and how it stacks, but unfortunately theโ€ฆ
