Not Worth the Price Tag

I was hesitant to spend so much on a set of LED brackets for my aquarium, but I decided to give these a try. As my tests showed, the brightness was rather low and did not seem to penetrate deep into the water. Also, the brackets themselves were poorly made and did not feel secure enough to hold the lights in place. Pros
  • None that I could find
Cons
  • Poor quality, low brightness

Poor durability, not suitable for planted aquariums.

While the workmanship on these lights is very high, I found the Sun White 8000K lamps advertised by Current USA to be "the perfect spectrum for a freshwater aquarium or sanctuary." bad for stimulating growth in an aquarium with plants. To be honest they gave off a very nice white light which shows fish well and they supported reasonable growth for cryptocoryne, cardamom and wisteria but they didn't meet the needs of most of the other plants I tried including ocelot swords , Amazon Swords…

Pros
  • Waterproof, Low Voltage
