I'm 6ft 4 inches tall so I must be over the standard height when you compare the average Minnesota man to the average male models they never have I have an accurate description of the sizes due to the many ancestors here, Swedes, Finns, anyway they recommended taking a size larger than the original, but I already wear 2xl and I chose 3xl to be safe. They are very comfortable and suitable for base layers. Would recommend them for a good winter run or walk just around the corner from here.

Wear it under my uniform to keep me warm and it works great when you wear it with jogging pants or jeans but they don't protect from the wind at all unless you put another layer on top .
