Girls' Athletic Shoes by TSUKIHOSHI - Strap Closure, Machine Washable, Slip Resistant, Non Marking Review

In recent years, our family has been very fond of Tsukihoshi's children's shoes. Easy to wash, I love that the tongue is attached to one side for easy on and off by yourself. These shoes were for my 5 year old. We had to upgrade to size 11 as size 10 was too small. She likes colors and can easily walk and play with them. She wore them for a few months and I only washed them once but they are still holding up well.

These tennis shoes are the best my granddaughter has ever had. They fit well and last until she outgrows them. This is her third pair and she loves the colors of each pair.

This is my daughter's fifth pair of these shoes! They fit well and are really stylish. She grows out of them, but they never fall apart. I wash them but let them air dry. They clean really well. They are not much more expensive than more well-known brands. She also gets so many compliments on her style. I can't imagine buying any other brand.

They were great, had to return them because they were the wrong size. This is great if you like it or your child needs extra support so they aren't free. They enclose the foot and provide support.

All my children have very loose legs from their father. Tsukihoshi is wider than most other brands, which is exactly what they need. My daughter loves the look of these sneakers. They're also machine washable, so they'll look great until she outgrows them. She has been wearing this brand for many years and it will be a sad day when she goes adult size!

The product only lasted 2 months on our daughter before the velcro straps fell apart. Our previous pair lasted over a year with no issues and daily use. We are trying to contact support for help with this pair as it may just be a bad set. We called the manufacturer and they said to get in touch.

These are the best running shoes for kids. They are very easy to put on and very comfortable. My daughter never wants to wear sneakers and never takes them off.

I can't admit the effort I put into buying the right shoes for my child! Leg health, enough flexibility to aid range of motion but not too much to cause stumbling. It was necessary to look cute but resist a day well lived, otherwise: resist dirt and abuse! This brand tested every box but added tea tree soles to keep feet cool and super easy to clean! My daughter has been wearing them for 3 months now and they machine wash very well. My daughter often fills her shoes with sand from the schoolyard and I'm glad this brand has a removable insole to shake out the sand.

I was apprehensive about buying sneakers online but figured we could always go back. These worked great. My daughter finds them very comfortable and wears them almost every day.

Very disappointed and wondering if I got the lemon! We have always had very good experiences with this brand, however the rubber toe cap on these shoes came off early and cannot be re-glued due to the angle and thickness of the rubber. A shame!

The velcro on them is separate from the material they are sewn to. It was a huge pain that glue couldn't fix. Because of this problem we had to buy new shoes. Second pair of tsukihoshi to do this which is disappointing as we are regular customers of the brand. We've replaced them with other Tsukihoshi shoes, so we're giving the brand another chance.

My daughter really likes these shoes - comfortable, cute, easy to put on and take off. However, she began to complain that something was pressing against her leg. When I checked her shoes she had at least 4 splinters that had pierced the sole and insole! This is not normal as all school and park areas in our city require wood chips to cover the ground. We need to find shoes with more durable soles.

The quality has gone down in the last 4 years. I used to love this brand but now they fall apart so quickly. The Velcro and rubber in the toe area are peeling off on this pair. Apparently there is a sticking problem with all shoes. Damn.

Tsukihoshi is usually our family's favorite brand! They're great for our busy kids who have a history of wearing their shoes out through the cracks. I bought these for my 8 year old daughter and they only lasted a month. Your other Tsukihoshi shoes will typically last 5-6 months. On this pair the rubber toe cap came off after the first week and the next week there were 3 holes in the mesh on the upper of the shoe. I recommend Tsukihoshi shoes but not these! We've never had them break like that.
