ECO-FRIENDLY & CONSIDERATE - Our hair catcher is made with eco friendly biodegradation PBAT resin material, which will reduce lots of household waste and protect our environment. COMPATIBLE TO MOST TUB DRAINS - Fits standard 1.4" to 1.7" tub drain with depth 1.10"-1.42". If you have any questions, please feel free to message us for a size check before ordering. NO MORE CLOGGED DRAINS - With our patent-pending design, it catches any type of human or pet hair without disrupting the flow of water. Unlike regular one that will clog the drain in a very short time. EASY TO INSTALL & MAINTAIN - You just need to insert the hair catcher and push it into the drain. After using it, you just need to wipe off hairs around the bottom part for a clean up. There are no holes or mesh to make cleaning difficult. Unlike the regular one that exposed hair and remain water when taking a shower, which it's disgusting.

Good device, not well thought out.

The concept of this device is solid. However, they are not designed for flows that do not fit the most common design profiles. That's the only problem I have with this device.

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • It's hard to remember, but there was

Professional installation required

There are two installation options, one requires a professional person who can install the drill in the tub, which is expensive to see the drill. The second requires a new bath that already has a hole. This gives you the best opportunity for installation. Maybe it works fine, but I sent this product back.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Disappear

Do not use the screws provided with the kit

It works as intended but the screw provided fell straight down the drain when I lifted the trap to remove the hair. I hope it doesn't get stuck somewhere in the pipe and clog everything! Other than that, it's better than other things that just cover the drain.

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
  • Neutral

Grabs hair and is an excellent stopper

As mentioned, it grabs a lot of hair and doesn't easily swell bath water. The problem is that when you turn on the faucet, the force of the flowing water is strong enough to push the blue seal down. It's annoying when I'm about to start showering and don't pull the switch, or when I just want to wash but don't fill the tub.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Snags

Ripped on first use

Although the base catches hair, the top ripped on first use. This seems to be an issue as reported in other comments. I've been waiting for Ling to get a refund so I'm using the bottom half. As previously mentioned, before switching to the shower, the power of the water from the tub faucet is enough to knock it off center. I would not recommend it or buy it again.

Pros
  • Fingers crossed
Cons
  • Lots of stuff
