Bought to make shiny names on Christmas stockings and it worked for what I needed. The only problem I had was the glue not spreading evenly, I kept getting air bubbles and the tip wasn't that accurate. The end product is what I wanted so it was a win.

We use this in my Etsy shop to make Elsa's glittery capes. It is easy to use and retains its shine wash after wash. I've only tested it with one wash so I'm not sure how it will hold up to multiple washes, but it will retain its shine through play.

This thing is amazing I survived 2 pairs of shoes on it. You only paint with a brush. You should make a fairly thick layer. And then just sprinkle it with whatever glitter you need. I used large silver sequins that I bought at Walmart. And then use a hair dryer to dry the glitter (you can do one side of the shoe and dry 5 minutes and then dry the other side and then dry another 5 minutes). You may need to apply a second coat.
