    Very little

    The tights are very small. I ordered a medium for my 9 year old and we are slightly missing 6 inches to be long enough. Unfortunately I washed them before she tried them on so I can't even return them. Try them on before washing!

    Exactly as best described in my review

    I ordered these for my daughter's Halloween costume knowing she could wear them skiing this winter too. Thick enough and serves its purpose. They were as described.

    • The stitching ripped on the first wear and just passed the 30 day return window so a waste of money. Very badly done.

    COMFORTABLE AND THICK

    Ideal for school skirts and sweaters worn in winter/cold weather. M fits my 5 year old who is 44 inches tall and 40lbs, just doesn't fit tight as she doesn't like being tight. Perfectly soft on the inside and she was glad it would keep her feet warm.

    Translation of the size table

    I used the size chart and from the measurements I determined that my 7 year old should be a size M. You can't order S/M/L although it says so in the size chart. So I ordered "size 5-7" because it is thin. The item I received is size M. Well the crotch is 4 inches lower but the belt goes way above her waist. As for the length, I decided to order the next size up, which is listed as "size 7-9" in the order. I expect the package to say L.

    Keeps you warm and has survived the wash well

    I wanted warm tights so my daughter can wear dresses and boots in the winter. She never complains about being cold in them (she wears thick leather docks). For the record, we live in Florida and she wore it on winter trips where the Tempes were in the 30's and 40's. They've been through a lot of washing and haven't really shrunk or fallen apart.

    In my opinion not suitable

    They are too complicated for her to put on as they are out of proportion to her body and her legs seem too long, although I bought the recommended size for her age and height etc.

    According to published measurements, it should have fit my daughter, but they were too short. size up. The quality of the fabric is excellent, the fleece lining is better than I expected.

    Super warm and comfy! They were perfect for my daughter's Halloween costume. She was a hula girl so I needed something flesh colored that looked like bare legs but still kept her warm in the chilly weather. They were perfect for that!

    Almost exactly what I wanted...

    Good price. I like that they are warm but not insanely thick. But yeah, those snippets were weird. There is no foot insole. So basically it's U-shaped at the bottom, which means it bunches up around the legs in a weird way. I saw a review that recommended just wearing socks over it so I'll try that....

    WARM and PERFECT

    , They are perfect for a Halloween costume and look great with dresses from Minneapolis winter to school. The legs are square cut and can be a bit chunky but look great with socks over them in her dress boots. I will order more. A fit, tall and lean 7 year old wearing 7/8 in clothes and 12/13 in shoes.
