Bought this for work. Wanted something different always bought a lithman stethoscope. This is comparable to them. I actually like it better. Feel the sounds are clearer. The price is definitely better. I use mine for work basically blood pressures, heart, lung, and bowel sounds.

Very positional when I use it. I have to have the ear pieces and tubing positioned a certain way to hear anything. Maybe my tubing was defective? Also for some reason my hair sticks to the tubing and gets pulled out all the time. I'm getting a cover to use over it.

Initially of good quality and performance. Time will tell. My previous stethoscopes were a different brand, man. The ear cushions are more easily dislodged from this one than the other ones. I pay attention and enjoy comparable/ equitable performance for less money. The years Will tell.
