Description of Tune End Half Wave Antenna

The single-band 80m-10m end-feed half-wave linear antenna provides the antenna. It is designed as a highly portable wired antenna that can be easily set as an inverted V-shaped, horizontal, tilted, or vertical radiator (at higher frequencies). Your feeder is inherently balanced, so no separate feeder is required. The high-impedance half-wave line is matched to your 50-ohm feed point through an integrated impedance-matching toroidal transformer with a rated power of 10 watts. Use a high-voltage capacitor on the primary of the transformer with a specific radiator length to further expand and reduce the SWR within the range of 80m-10m. It is designed to be used without the use of a tuner, and after optimizing the driven element, SWR ≤ 1.2 for any part of the frequency band. Package Included: 1 x No Tune End Fed Half Wave Antenna.

Improved clarity and range

After trying this antenna I noticed an immediate improvement in both the clarity and range of my home audio setup. The installation was simple and the design is sleek and unobtrusive. The only downside is that it may not work as well for larger home theater setups. Overall, I would highly recommend this product for anyone looking to improve their audio experience....

Pros
  • Improved clarity and range
Cons
  • May not work as well for larger setups

Great quality and great results!

This thing and a piece of wire turned my Icom 705 into a POTA car. From the north of Georgia there are contacts from Alaska to South/Central America, as well as very discreetly local ones. Have used it on 6m, 20m, 40, 80m so far and even had a decent match on 2m for the local repeater. No problem, but not recommended. Thanks guys from QRP!

Pros
  • The antenna uses a single-band half-wave line antenna with a 80-10m termination feed. It is designed as a portable wire antenna that can be used simply as an inverted V-shaped, horizontal, tilted or vertical radiator (at higher frequencies). Your feeder is naturally balanced, eliminating the need for a separate feeder. The high-impedance half-wave line is matched to your 50-ohm feed point via a built-in toroidal transformer rated at 10W.
