A cute bracelet but the heart with the letter doesn't close so it slides onto the clasp. Also, the extender chains on them are too long and cling to everything. Remember these are two separate bracelets and very delicate.

Cute. Delicacy. Maybe a little long for my wrist. For reference, my wrist size is 5.5 inches. Otherwise it's a good weight.

I only received them yesterday but I couldn't wait to try them on! It is very nice. Very easy. My wrists are a bit thick but they fit perfectly. They come with a small pouch for easy storage.

Very cute and delicate, just what I wanted, there was even a cute transparent gem at the end, nice touch. I have a very small wrist and it fits perfectly. The letter moves slightly so it doesn't stay on your wrist (I don't mind) but they're perfect for layering if you have other cute dainty bracelets.

First the bracelet was in a huge knot when it arrived. Second, the shutter doesn't close completely. It falls off once the loop meets the clasp in the right place. My guess is that someone returned this one and the company just put it back in storage for the next customer. Contacted support, no response. Think if you buy cheap, you get cheap.

So sad! After four days of wearing, it breaks and silver is visible under the gold. So sad! I didn't carry it in my heart. UPDATE: I bought a second one to make sure the first one was defective and this one broke on the second day. as sad as I gladly condescend. Is it possible that I get two defective bracelets? Apparently nobody else has this problem!

This is a charming bracelet, very delicate on the wrist. I was a little annoyed that the personalized heart wasn't attached to the bracelet and stayed in one place. I will permanently transfer it back to the top of the bracelet. I finally took it out last night and put a dab of glue on each side of the heart chain to keep it stable. So far, so good.

Delivery was ok and it's very cute, but unfortunately it only broke the second time it was worn! The first time I wore them for about 2-3 hours, the second time I was only out for about 3 hours. There was no "cause" or "event" that caused it to slow down. I just wore it and watched my son's basketball game while walking very little. It broke within 3 hours.

I was looking for a cute and dainty bracelet to wear with my daughter's initial. While it's really cute, the extra adjustable links take so long to hang down and weigh the bracelet down. I have to hold it in my hand to see the heart. I also had to tie a chain around both sides of the heart to keep it from slipping onto the clasp due to the extra weight. There is a small stone at the end of the adjustable links which I lost trying to remove the links. Overall ok for the price.

I bought this product for girls at my wedding. Both bracelets are tiny but beautiful. The chain is adjustable to fit almost any wrist. The only downside is that the letter on the chain isn't in a fixed place, so it slides all over the chain and often hides under your wrist. Definitely not perfect, but expected with charm. The packaging was a bit odd, depending on which letter you bought it was either in a box or in a bag. I liked the box a bit more as it made the gifts a little more…
