So cute, so pretty, so affordable - but broke the TAG I got it! So disappointed! It fit great, was exactly what I was looking for, wore it most of the day and then looked down and it had broken off my wrist and was lying on the floor. I don't know how it broke, I was just working at my desk all day. Breaks easily - would probably buy something more expensive to get better quality

I was looking for a cute and delicate bracelet to wear with my daughter's initials. While it's really cute, the extra adjustable links take so long to hang down and weigh the bracelet down. I have to hold it in my hand to see the heart. I also had to tie a chain on either side of the heart to prevent it from slipping onto the clasp due to the extra weight. There is a small stone at the end of the adjustable links, that I lost, I tried to remove the links. Overall ok for the price.

I bought this item for the girls at my wedding. Both bracelets are tiny but beautiful. The chain is adjustable to fit almost any wrist. The only downside is that the letter on the chain isn't in a fixed place, so it slides all over the chain and often hides under your wrist. Definitely not perfect, but expected with charm. The packaging was a bit odd, depending on which letter you bought it was either in a box or in a bag. I liked the box better
