Street legal

Good enough for an off-road bike to be road legal. Trembles badly, when driving, nothing can be seen except for the elbow. Look elsewhere if you really want to see behind you.

Pros
  • Automotive
Cons
  • Minor imperfections

Cheap junk good for mirrors and accessories

Oh my god this is so cheap and cheap. There's hardly any rear view, either. The ONLY reason to buy this is if you need an inspection to make your bike legal and you must have rear view mirrors to pass an inspection. Otherwise it is completely useless and should be avoided.

Pros
  • Side mirror
Cons
  • Discontinued

That's the bare minimum and I like it

This is the only mirror on my thunder and it serves its purpose. It lets me know that something is behind me. I can see through the brake light without much vibration. While driving I can tell that there is a car behind me and roughly how close it is. Always look around with your head before moving.

Pros
  • Motorcycle & Powersports
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

Cheap ordinary mirror but not good!

I am using this on a street legal enduro bike. I only need it to see if someone is directly behind me on the road or path. No, it's not a good mirror at all, it's cheap, thin and vibrates like crazy making it difficult to see clearly what's behind you. If you have money, buy a double mirror.

Pros
  • Body and frame hardware
Cons
  • Drill kit

Better than expected

Better than expected. I recently upgraded my WR450F to a Supermoto setup. A different mirror was needed than the one I had to inspect. The original (Acerbis) was in dire need of an inspection sticker so I could ride down the road to the start of the trail. Otherwise completely useless. This Tusk unit is actually quite well built. It holds its setting better than the previous one I had. It vibrates (none of my bikes have ever had a mirror like this) but you can tell if something is behind youโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Mirrors and accessories
Cons
  • Some little things
