Fake and Bad.: Shaving and hair removal

These are fake Tweezerman tweezers. They're boring, bold, and cheap. I kept them next to some real toggle tweezers I've had for years (and tried to replace) and the tips are about 2-2.5 times thicker than these, not sharp at all, dollar store quality. I am annoyed that I bought them - avoid.

Pros
  • Not only useful for its intended purpose
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Either they are fake or the tweezers just rip people off

I am a beautician. We were trained by a tweezers rep on what makes their tweezers different. The tweezers sent to me are NOT Tweezerman tweezers. Real Tweezerman tweezers have a flat "block" near the tip, so when you squeeze the tips, they grip the hair tightly. This block is also textured to give it more support. The pair I was just sent are hollowed out at the end so no matter how you press they can't physically grab anything. I've even tried something bigger, like a piece of rope. He just…

The best tweezers!

Ah, licensed esthetician, I use LOTS of tweezers! How many. These tweezers are definitely the best for removing stubborn brow hairs! I have the Tweezermam flat edge tweezers and they are great! The slope of this couple makes a big difference! Not only is it so easy to see the hair to be removed, it is also so easy to grab and remove with minimal discomfort to the client. I would recommend these tweezers 8 days a week! Definitely a good buy!

Pros
  • High hold and durability test scores
Cons
  • Something's wrong

Don't waste your money - the quality is not the same

This is not the quality I expect from Tweezerman. I bought this exact product from Amazon about 4 years ago. I ordered these tweezers expecting an equally great product. what i got Well, the dollar store sells better tweezers. Canted nibs are not the thin, precise, finely crafted nibs I currently own. (I compared the tips) I got the tweezers with thick, short tips that "barely grab your hair", "looks like it was made in China". No skill, no quality. I read online that Tweezerman has moved the…

Didn't work for me, I wonder if it's real tweezerman.

I should have listened to the review before my own and not bought it. These are not the high quality tweezers I have previously purchased. The tips didn't even close from point to end. Very disappointing.

Disappointed Best Tweezers

I have been using this brand and type for years and I can say without a doubt they are not made the same! The quality is cheaper, the tip is thicker and doesn't catch the hair like it used to! Very disappointed to find a new brand!

  • Keeping my Fists
