I was hesitant about going for "traditional" tweezers or a wide handle. I was concerned that wide grips might affect my ability to see what I'm doing, but that's not the case at all. When I was much younger, I once bought a pair of Revlon tweezers. they sucked. After that first mistake, I used tweezers. I've been using tweezers for over a decade now and have no plans to switch to them. I can always rely on their accuracy and precise alignment. I think they are a bit more expensive but I will stick with this brand for the rest of my life.

This is a fantastic little instrument. I use it to remove ingrown hairs that often appear in my beard. I have a special take on this, even an ingrown hair was removed by a doctor at the Mayo Clinic. Now I can remove small hairs that I could only dream of before. The tips are very sharp and cause minimal skin damage. I've had a pair of these black tweezers that I've used for years. I dropped them the other day and while they didn't look too worn, they broke down and stopped working properly. The blade of the tweezers is very thin and catches the most annoying and stubborn hairs. Made of stainless steel, this one looks beautiful and has no paint that will chip over time. These tweezers are disappointing. Hairs are not caught at all as the tip of the tweezers is thick and blunt. I definitely do not recommend these tweezers. I was very disappointed as Tweezerman is my favorite tweezers product.

The tweezers came out clean not as others have mentioned in their comments. The same color (purple) as in the picture, although I knew they were different colors I was fine with any color, I just wanted the design of this one. Would have given five stars but my package arrived scratched and different than advertised. Overall a great purchase.

I'm a beautician and these are by far my favorite tweezers. I have three pairs so I always have a clean pair ready to go. The large handle makes them so easy to use and offers a good grip. I sent them to Tweezerman for sharpening, it's a great free service.
