Worth every penny spent!

I ordered this product in the morning and it was delivered in the evening. Revain is a really great site. Now let's talk about this product. I bought the standard size rose gold from a retailer a few months ago and absolutely love it. I have decided to purchase these 40th anniversary travel and rose gold quality pieces. Very short/thin hair, no problem. It works on every strand.

Precision tweezers Plucking

I am an elderly woman with here and there rough goatee hair! These tweezers are easy to hold and very precise. I've tried several other brands of tweezers but these do the job and are worth the money. I expect she'd also be the perfect shard tweezers for a first aid kit, though she's too pretty for that.

The quality is worse than in previous years...

The Tweezerman Special 40th Anniversary Edition showed up at the anniversary celebration and showed that it is up to date. Tweezerman used to be a trusted supplier of quality personal care products, but not anymore. I have personally been buying and using Tweezerman products for over twenty years. When the 40th Anniversary Edition came out at Revain I naturally wanted a pair. BIG MISTAKE. The Tweezerman 40th Anniversary Edition tweezers are flimsy and have a poor grip (if any) on the hair…

Don't waste your money

I was SO excited when I ordered this item. I already had a pair of Tweezerman tweezers for my makeup bag and needed another for around the house. The special glossy black finish seemed very nice. I bought in September 2020. Now, in April 2021, I noticed that the tweezers are somehow bent AND the coating is peeling off (see picture). I'm more than disappointed. In principle, they can no longer be used because they record nothing. It was actually less than normal wear as I only used it maybe a…

Great design, no tension

I read rave reviews of Tweezerman tweezers when I was younger, but never bought them because I thought the price of tweezers was crazy. When I saw these glossy black pairs I definitely bought them. I ended up giving away my first pair, which seemed to me to have normal tension, but my second pair's tension was weak. Either the tweezers aren't grabbing the hairs I'm aiming at, or they break in half when I do. I'm talking about thinner hairs, not thicker ones that can easily be caught by any…

like a $5 smoothie

I don't know if these tweezers cost more than twenty bucks, but they're damn good. I'm not new to expensive medical tools or precision electrical work etc, so I think it makes sense that plucking hair at a professional level, or perhaps at an enthusiast level, would require the use of a few specialized tools. Upon examination, I found that they have one distinctive feature - the tip is made in such a way that it even touches. I just noticed that my cheap tweezers don't line up properly so they…

DO NOT DO THAT! seconds? fake? poor quality

Well I can't say I wasn't warned. tons of reviews of "fake" Tweezerman tweezers. I've noticed that most of the bad reviews were for Tweezerman brand tweezers, which are half or less than half the retail price. This particular set of 40 had pretty good reviews and was sold at regular retail so I ordered these. I've been using this brand/style for 10 years and have owned 3 pairs in that time. use them daily. Right out of the box the tension was weak, not even as strong as the 4 year old pair they
