I love this toothpaste and I'm trying to please my kids how I use it after my teeth with it after rinsing my mouth with a plain toothbrush , which has nothing on it, back over my teeth and this helps to remove the remaining black charcoal from the teeth, especially the tongue, and this leaves a nice mouthfeel. and fresh all day.
