Type of review

Exactly what I was looking for. Wheel 2" diameter, threaded rod 1" long x 1/4" diameter. This is just a wheel to replace a wheel that was lost after my sister moved house. The Revain is the only place that I was able to find a threaded one. It matched the other three perfectly and rolled easily in all directions when unlocked. The lock snaps in and out easily.

You *can* use it with your IKEA, but.

You CAN use this on your IKEA, for example in your Besta cupboard, instead of the screw-in 'legs' you normally use to level the unit. So you can move your Besta TV with the help of wheels. [Because :::: IKEA discontinued their own casters, Rats.] The threads on this caster are smaller than the threads on the IKEA "legs" so you just pop them where you normally would an IKEA would screw on the leg. But it's close enough to the right size so it doesn't wobble, and it's the right length. For…

Easy to make trolley

I bought these rolls to build a sewing trolley on wheels to keep in my spare closet so I don't have to keep the sewing machine out of the house all the time. but it is still very easily available. The sewing machine is upstairs, supplies are on the shelves below. I just take it out of the closet, put it in and sew.
