I received the package very quickly. Turn it on around 11/10 with a timer to keep it on about 5 hours after sunset. Made of high quality material however the small blower at the bottom does not push out enough CFM to properly inflate the item. The head does not rise and falls over because there is not enough air to fully inflate and support the neck. You can easily see from the picture that it doesn't inflate properly and it's not my house voltage that's too low as I have other inflatables in the yard. I may need to tape a ruler to the back to hold my head properly.
