I like how you can use it in different devices, such as mobile phones or computers to do typing practice with your colleagues at home! It's also good because there are many options of dictionaries that they provide us so we're able to choose from them according our needs (which is great!). The only thing about this program was some bugs which have been fixed now but sometimes when working through tutorials i've encountered those errors again even after restarting my computer too :( But overall

The ability to communicate effectively with your colleagues is one of my favourite features, as well as being able to manage projects in groups which can be helpful when you don't have access all day! It's not always easy using this product if there are other users around that aren’t familiar or know how it works so sometimes I find myself having problems getting what others mean by things they say (e.g., ‘what do you want me to change?'.), but overall I like typing instead of speaking out loud
