I'm a women's size 6 and ordered a youth 4 and they fit as expected, not too loose and not too tight. I think the fluff inside will flatten out over time and become a bit more space, but I really like them!

I ordered the shoes thinking they were a bit big BUT they were too small so my niece is VERY DISAPPOINTED. Where can we return them for a larger size?

I usually wear a size 6 1/2 but on women I usually come up to a 7 due to my wide feet. Unfortunately I didn't think about fur inside so I went for a size 5 for big kids when I first bought them and they fit perfectly, no space for a thick sock. I'm so glad I got a size 6 instead! So if you have wide feet, go one size up.

These Ugg boots are exactly what I expected. They arrived very quickly! The only reason I took off a star was because the real shoebox had a hole the size of a small fist on one of the long sides. Luckily the slippers were perfect and I was still able to give them away :) Will definitely buy again!

Unfortunately, I received two correct shoes. The size, quality and color are all great except for the fact that I actually have a right foot and a left foot.

Just thought I'd share what I learned. I contacted UGG directly and was told that the lack of a small R next to the stamped UGG on the side does NOT mean the slippers are fake. I also sent them a photo of the slippers and the serial number and they really are UGG. I've been told that newer versions of some UGGs don't have the small R in a circle next to the UGG stamp. I really can't say enough about these slippers. They are so very warm and comfortable. You won't want to take them off. They have a good, durable sole, so you can deftly wear them outdoors. Sheepskin lining is very warm. The fit is super comfortable. They're quite wide, but not too wide so the foot doesn't get lost in the shoe or the sides of the foot aren't fully supported.
