DC is better for bulbs

I am using these bulbs in a fixture powered by a 16-bit LTech PWM DMX DMX decoder powered by Meanwell's 12V DC power supply . Dimming is completely flicker-free, although the light reaches full brightness at around 70%. Steep dimming curve, but clean. All bulbs worked right away. I suspect many of the problems reported here stem from trying to power them with magnetic or electronic 12V AC transformers and traditional wall dimmers. We'll see about the durability.

Exceeded all expectations.

This is a great replacement for low voltage halogen bulbs, they are really dimmable (with good range) and easy to control. The light they produce is good and fairly consistent over 360 degrees. There is a slight discoloration along the stitching line due to the body refracting the light a bit, but it's not very noticeable. I've tried others and they just weren't bright enough. The brightest G4 is about 1 inch or smaller for small landscape lights.

Ukey G4 12V 4W LED Bulb. These were the brightest G4 bulbs in inches or less that we could find at the time of purchase. They put out really clean light of 3000k or less with no noticeable shadows or bumps. We haven't tested them on dimmable light switches so we don't have any feedback but they appear to be very well made and look durable and waterproof.
