Unsatisfied. The description said "ear clips" which are not ear clips but earrings that require you to pierce your ears. It was for my daughter's 8th birthday. Very disappointed that this item cannot be returned either. waste of money.

My daughter was delighted with this lovely necklace. Unfortunately it only lasted a week! The pendant is still intact but the clasp broke when it was put on and cannot be repaired. I'm disappointed because she took great care of it and only wore it to school and always took it off when she got home (never slept with it on or anything else that would cause enough stress to break it). !
