When I first put them on they appeared to be suitable for the pool such as lunging in the water. I noticed that the front of the foot needed to be tighter, so when the foot is lifted it started to flop and did not adhere to the foot as desired. The insert slides to the back of the heel when walking in water. I'm thinking in a week they'll be working as flippers better than water shoes.

I do like these water socks but they are a bit softer support than i was hoping. They will do the job and fit nicely but i'm used to a water sock with a bit more support. .Still like them

Many of the reviews mentioned that the insole falls out. It’s true. It is not attached. Seems like a problem that should have been addressed by now.

This pair was a gift to daughter in law. She liked mine and commented on them. I have had a pair for a year and we do a fair amount of water sports, snorkeling,, kayaking etc. The water shoes do well in water, very flexible. They also have enough sole, though light, to protect your feet on land.

I bought these to use in the gym locker room. They do great on the dry tile, but were slippery in the shower itself. The grip isn't bad, but that first go was scary. So, just take care until you learn their limitations. The water doesn't pool much beneath the sole, they fold up fabulously, and dry pretty quick.

I bought these for my daughter, but they fit too small for her so I gave them to my son who has a smaller shoe size and they fit perfect. He likes them so I’m giving them to him we bought these for our upcoming cruise. They are soft, comfortable lightweight, and the material and stitch is good quality. I feel like they will hold up for at least a week on the cruise.

These water shoes didn't last long before they started pulling away from the sole (as if coming unglued). I wore the in our inground pool and it is smooth and should not have lasted half the season. They were not used everyday and when they were used they were rinseed out to get the chemicals out and left to dry in the sun. Good price Ebay. Bad quality on this pair of water shoes.

These shoes must run a little large because I wear a 9.5 shoe and ordered size 8.5 - 9.5 and they fit perfectly. All to say if you wear an 8.5 they might be a bit tight.I haven't worn them on the beach yet so can't comment on the support. They're very lightweight and I'm sure they'll dry quickly. Great price!

I wore these for the first time during water aerobics class. It provided an excellent grip in the pool, was easily to put on and take off and looked great with my bathingsuit. I did find it a bit tight around the very bottom of my ankle but it wasn't distracting nor did it leave a mark. I would definitely buy again and will likely purchase these as a gift for my son and his wife to use when they kyak.

Well, they worked quite well and that is all we cared about. Our use was on beach and in salt water. They were comfortable and minimal - no impact on gear transport and packing. Fairly durable but not what I would consider long lasting. Priced right, delivered quickly.

I bought this to wear under my fins because I have small adult feet. It was their smallest size (as were the fins), and still they are just a bit long for my feet. I think I can make it work, though. They are very comphy, otherwise.
