This is a wonderful sauna suit! It fits very comfortably and allows you to move easily, making it easy to wear during a workout or even sleeping! I received my order the other day. I am 198lbs and I’m 5’7” and I ordered the XL. We are built different and my abdomen is my problem area. I tried it on and honestly I had a short time trying to zip it but eventually it got easier haha it fit perfect and it’s comfortable. I got this with the cream it and have only used it once but I felt great when I took it off! It helped my posture during the day and my workout. It was a little loose under my arms but not uncomfortable. It was easy to zip and close. I'll be wearing this everyday and for every workout!

Im 230lb 5'1 clearly over weight either way the best fits but it folds if u bend it fold if u stretch it folds an it had those little plastic or metal place holders in the back of the vest .yeah they stabb the back fat.I did how ever like the vest its cover the fat under your shoulder right above the bra line you get it right? But either way great product needs improvement firzy

I’m very pleased with the product it feels great it’s not too rough on the skin but I don’t think that is a sweat fest it’s just a waste trainer

The product is good. Only thing I would suggest is ordering a size up. I wear XL in tops and thats what size I ordered in the vest also. I had to squeeze in it. Thought about sending it back, but it gives me more motivation to loose the weight. Lol!

This is a great waist trainer. I use it almost every day. Only thing is I wished the Velcro lasted longer. Mine is starting to no longer stick after just a few months time.

I really like this sauna suit! It was a good fit and supported my back. Unlike other ones I’ve had, this one didn’t move around and helps me sweat off those extra calories.

I should have ordered a smaller size because I've noticed a a small enough difference in my stomach that I need to tighten the velcro flap but there isn't enough velcro on the body area to adjust get a smooth snug fit but it seems to be working so far.

This is the first product of this type I have ever purchased. It fits great based the size chart provided. It is comfortable and easy to move around in. I wear it under my scrub top for 12+ hours at work. It provides great back support and makes me want to sit up straight. I put an undershirt on underneath mine due to the amount of heat and sweat that is produced over that amount of time. I am pleased with this product and will continue to buy from them in the future.

I am petite 5 '1" so my torso is short It doesn't fit my back and shoulder area tightly is order for it to burn my fat back and bra strap area. I was they had petite sizes in S,M,L with a shorter torso, so that I could get the maximum effect of the vest. Other than that it works wonderfully and doesn't ride up.

So far so good. Only issue I have is the since I have a small waist it tends to roll up while working out but it still gives me a good sweat.

The fit was ok I’m not sure if I should’ve sized up but the boning came out my second day wearing it. Other than that I would buy again as it was very comfortable.

It’s exactly what I been looking for! Not too thick can be worn underneath clothes. It’s comfortable and gets the job done. I wear mines when I do my daily workout mainly walking the track. And while I clean up and do other duties around the house. I’m 5’4 weigh 180 pounds and I ordered a large.

This a good vest but it rolls up a little in the back. If you tuck it in or wear a tank top underneath, it helps. Thanks for attention!
