Ultra Durable 12001656 Sensor Replacement Review

We have a double walled oven and both ovens were having problems. We bought two of these heat sensors. The problem with an oven was solved by installing a sensor; However, we had to order a burner for another stove. As a precaution, we kept both sensors and are satisfied. Installation was easy - each took less than 30 minutes and saved a large repair bill!

the quality is good. It wasn't a sensor, but I left it there anyway. There was a hole in the heating element. I swapped it out at the nearest hardware store. The oven is 16 years old so I left the sensor there. The oven is still rattling. I replaced the baking element, the frying element. I wonder if it's a thermal fuse? The oven works when it wants. I checked a few cross references and found that this works as a spare for my GE oven model JGSP23WEY8WW which gave code F2. For the price compared to the original GE WB21X5301 part I thought it was worth a try. The mounting holes were slightly offset, even with a slotted hole, but tight enough that I could fit both screws to hold the sensor securely. I can recommend it with the following "technical" information. I can't say they are easy to install, although there was as little fuss as possible. The probes are a different length than the originals, but it doesn't matter where they are. The screw hole on the inner oven bracket was in the right place.
