I should have conducted more research. I didn't know this product was coming from China. It arrived scrunched in a garbage bag and taped. It took forever to unpack with scissors while trying not to damage the actual bed. The bed is flimsy at best. I haven't tried to wash it yet so I don't know how durable it is. I'm not very excited about this purchase at all. Next time, I'll do more research.

These beds are awesome. I initially bought a very small one for 6.5 pound chihuahua and he loved it. Sadly, he passed away and my new doberman puppy who was TINY (5 pounds) inherited it. I ordered this bed for my adult cat and found out the area that is where the pet lays was way too small. It was a waste of my money, so I gave it away to a small dog owner.

I ordered an XL and Measurement should be 31.5 but the one received is a 23.6.It looks like it was used before.The sides are flat and not higher than the middle of the bed.Very disappointed and would not recommend to buy this item.

I’m giving this a 2 because I received the wrong color. I specifically looked for a black dog bed because my room decor is black and I was sent gray. My dog loves the bed but I’m highly disappointed about the color. If I would have received the right color I probably would have given the bed more stars.

Ordered the black and received the dark gray, but it will work. My puppy is already asleep in it so it’s a keeper for her. Soft but looks easy to throw in the wash without the fabric balling up.

When you look at the photos of the animals using this product, it is full and fluffy an the dogs seem to lay in and be enveloped and swaddled but in reality it is flat like a pillow - a very expensive pillow!. Not at all as advertised.

the bottom on these things are terrible. Such a thin layer that sits on the floor. My dog tore through this in less than a month. It was also hardly stuff at all, and not fluffy or comforting. It was like he was just sitting on a blanket, not a poof of comfort as the advertisement indicated.

After a couple months of use both of my 11 yr. old dogs decided they hate it.This bed is more of a slightly structured blanket than a bed. The sides are very soft with no support.They fight over the orthopedic bed, and would rather sit on the hallway bench than on this dog bed.

The softness, thickness, and warmth were amazing until I had to wash the bed. then it all just melted. Its not soft, or fluffy anymore. It feels more like a rug now. And also, it's super small, luckily I ordered this for my guinea pig, and he fits perfectly in there. But a full grown cat would not.

Bought for my 10 year old, 100 lb dog. The material is soft but the bed is not filled well enough with stuffing. There is no cushion for the bottom. The non slip bottom feels like paper, and will probably rip in the first wash. I could have used an old comfortable that would have more support than this $67 waste of money. Very disappointed.
