Purchased to use with HP D9Y32AA#ABA HSTNN-IX10 UltraSlim Dock for my HP Elitebook 840 G3. It's perfect for a docking station, but warns that it won't fit in the HP Elitebook 840 G3 without a docking station. I mean the power cord that comes with the HP Elitebook 840 G3 doesn't work with the HP D9Y32AA#ABA so I bought this power cord and it works great.
