Attention: not for disinfectant

Received on Saturday, not operational on Sunday evening, clogged with hand sanitizer. The disinfectant was smooth and not thick. Followed the troubleshooting tips but nothing helped. To find out, we emailed Umbra Support. "We have tested the use of sanitizer in this pump and do not recommend it." This pump is advertised for both soap and sanitizer! I'm waiting for the promised replacement, I just won't use it with a sanitizer. I need pumps for sanitizer and soap to keep me alright. If all you…

It would be great if it worked!

I liked the shape and amount of soap that you can put in. After 3 days of use, it stopped dispensing soap, but the blue light is still on. I don't know if I got a defect or not. I'll give him one more chance, I'll try to do that exchange and see how he goes. BTW, the automatic soap dispenser on the left is 10 years old and I bought it from Bed Bath Beyond and it still works. 08/13/20. I'll update my review and give it 1 star instead of 2. This dispenser is useless if your soap equivalent doesn't have the viscosity of water.

What the hell happened to this company - UMBRA? I had an Umbra automatic soap dispenser for five years before buying it and it was excellent. It got damaged the last time I moved, so I bought it. There were several options but I chose UMBRA without hesitation based on my experience with their product. Again, what the heck happened to quality control?
