Excellent product at a great price

I collect vintage tablecloths and acid free tissue paper protects my linens from being clean and safe. This is my first time using this brand but it is definitely good quality tissue paper and you get a lot of sheets for the price. I even wrapped my Christmas pillows and other fabrics and Christmas items in this paper before storing the decorations until next year. I would buy this again.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Not really transparent

Buyers should be aware that they are "matte", not clear enough to read the label on the band itself which is what I was hoping for. In fact, there's a particularly rough surface on both ends of the spine (right where our barcodes are). There's also an odd quarter-inch lip that probably closes it better, but makes it hard to see the spine. (I tried cutting a square hole to access the barcode - it got in the way). There's a full-size clear core for a paper label (some people like it, we don't).

Cheaper than dry cleaning and better!

I received this paper today. In the past I have researched how to store vintage linens in acid free paper. It's hard work, but worth it. I bought the last box and paper from the local dry cleaners many years ago. It was very expensive to buy even one box and pack it yourself. I knew there had to be an easier, cheaper, but more effective way. We have linens that are over 100 years old. Remembering the cost last time, I decided to search Revain for a cheaper DIY option. I found this paper and it…
