Has always been a great product. One thing that made it great was the included keychain holder. I think it was asking too much to get a keychain with it. Luckily I still have the old key holder because without it it's basically a useless item.

I bought my first pair at least 15 years ago. It has a special place on my desktop. This Christmas I bought about 5 pairs of stockings. It's so cool to remove fragments of yourself, other adults and grandkids with incredible accuracy.

I first came across them for my embroidery projects. As I was sewing, my husband came over to pull out a splinter. I grabbed one and using it for splinters was amazing. So I bought more to use on splitters only. Very sharp and versatile.

They're small enough to carry in a pencil case (I always carry them with me to take notes). The tip is quite sharp, so you can easily remove splinters. However, they cannot be attached to a keychain or similar, so you have to stop your work to get the splinter out, which is quite inconvenient for a shipbuilder. Otherwise there are no complaints.

Barely got them today (2-11-2021) and just opened. At first glance they seem to be quite beautiful. I checked the tips as others have mentioned that the tips either didn't match or had severe scratches or "parrot beaks". Not sure if they were just bad batches or just the ones I received seem fine.
