This show runs a bit smaller, maybe 1/2 size smaller. The design and the cushioning are very good, I like them so far. I bought these to play basketball so we will be testing them for durability over the next few months.

In my experience, UA shoes are smaller and have a tighter toe box than Adidas shoes. Landing closer to Nike. With these, the tongue constantly slips off. The only good things are the interesting looks and good ankle support, but it will be a long time before I try another American style of basketball.

To be in armor, I expected them to last at least an entire basketball season. Bought in January, March 28th, the elastic broke where the laces go.

After about 10 uses, the leather strip at the top of the shoe tore. Bad design. It must be attached to the shoe itself. I can't get my boots tight enough.

I like the look of the shoe when walking but when you actually play in it the design puts a lot of pressure on the ankle and Achilles tendon. It was quite uncomfortable cutting and changing direction, and the next day both my ankles and Achilles tendons were hurting more than ever after the game. Lateral movement is a problem.

The first use was not very comfortable as the rubbing of the Achilles tendon gave me a slight burning sensation, but on the second use it passed and I felt the cushion and protection really, no burns or bruises. I usually wear 10's on my Nike and Adidas and got this size and I think they are a bit small, half a size up might be perfect but they still feel good.

Go up half a size as they fit snugly. And they need to be properly laced (with internal and external loops - in one review, the pictures show the shoes were laced incorrectly). How to return the shoes, at first they seem good, and then they broke. The upper ankle lacing system is torn making it impossible to play, no ankle support or protection. I need a return, refund or exchange.

I ordered the wrong size but they were easy to return and they sent me the right size straight away! I'm curious how long the lace straps last because they seem a bit flimsy. But maybe they will. I'm satisfied so far!

My son wears these when he plays basketball (not games) and he loves it. They are not as heavy as regular shoes, but still offer comfort. The high top is also not too stiff and protects his ankles. He said he wished there was a little more "padding" underneath, but other than that they're great for practice.
