I would never buy this again. The size chart is not for normal people.

I will never buy this again. The size chart is not for normal people. The size chart is intended for children and is not mentioned anywhere. I'm average, 5.5ft tall and ordered a size small thinking it would fit, but it fits above my belly button. waste of money.
