I bought these to replace these 2018 versions and I am very disappointed. The material of the new ones is very fragile, feels cheap and is rough. My old pair's padding is like a pillow, but these are stiff. They are also not as wide as in the previous version. You will be returned.

I buy several pairs of these shoes every year. They are of the highest quality. And while they feel very firm when you get them, they soften up a little as you wear them for a bit, but are still well cushioned for those of us who need a soft shoe. Not those cheap apartments you buy from Wally World. love love love her Worth every penny.

I bought this item based on the picture shown. The picture showed light gray sandals with a pink strap on the inside, and the pillow was also light gray. Looking back the color option says white but it's not what was shown in the picture. The sandals are fine except what was shown is not what I received!
