The fit and comfort of this shoe is really good. The first day I went for a jog (no, I'm not a runner, but I like to get outside and run 3 miles every other day). The only issue I have is that the protection in the forefoot (where that vent covers the toe) isn't as strong as in my other shoes, so on my first day of running I kicked a rock and it rebounded and hit the bottom of my foot (the end of my big toe and it hurt for the rest of the day). The best pair of tennis and running shoes I've ever had! They are supported and padded in all the right places. They breathe well and don't require a break-in period if you suffer for a month. Don't be fooled by the "overpronation" and "underheeled" that these manufacturers have been pushing very hard in recent years.
