The instructions say the eye pads should stay in the freezer for an hour, but leaving even 10 minutes is ideal. They are ideal against puffiness and refresh the eyes.

False advertising. They are not without cruelty, collagen is made from fish products. They conveniently don't say it online on their ingredients list, only when you pick up the product in person. Don't make it seem vegan and don't say it's sustainable and cruelty-free. List FULL ingredients online so we know PRIOR to purchase.

I bought this product hoping it was made in America. The website says it's made in San Francisco but doesn't say where it's made. I'm sending it back without using it because I don't trust the quality of the product since it's made in China.
