Mediocre speaker. Not bad but okay. It should be a 150 watt subwoofer. I barely measured 80 though. The box is very cheaply made, which is to be expected at this price point. I don't recommend this unless you want very cheap and don't care about the sound quality.

Woman wanted her sound system in her truck to "clap". This provided a more than adequate basis! For $50.99 I was very skeptical that I could get both an amp and a subwoofer that would "win". It made her Chevy Silverado sound amazing! Lots of bass, very loud. I recommend this for a four cab truck. Plus, it took less than an hour to install!

A great little speaker if you just need to hear the double bass in Ravel's LaValse or want to listen to the Avatar score. Definitely adds significant depth to your listening experience. Easy to install, sounds awesome, but the included wiring sucks. Couldn't solder the ring terminal to the black ground wire to save my ass. Use your own 16-gauge wires or pray your blood pressure meds work in time.

I got this for two obvious reasons - This item has explosive reviews (pun intended) and the price of this item is really BIG bang for your buck. I installed it under my van passenger seat and it really hits the spot. The speaker doesn't distort with heavy low tones, even with new material like Tobe Nwigwe.
